Returns and right of withdrawal

If it does not fit or you are not happy with it, send it back. Here is how that works.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

How it works

1. Email info@vandamsco.com with your order number and whether you want to exchange it or get your money back.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.

You may use a withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Conditions

• Unworn and unwashed, with the label still on.
• In its original packaging.
• The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered.

Exchanging for another size

If you want a different size, say so in your email. The shipping costs of the new item are yours to pay.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you paid with.
