Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed through vandamsco.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries through our shop. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing.

3. Prices and shipping costs

  • All prices include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are €6.99 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Over €75 we ship free.
  • We currently deliver only to the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • We may change prices and product information. For an order already confirmed, the price at the time of ordering applies.

4. Ordering and payment

  • Payment runs through Mollie. You will see the available methods at checkout.
  • The agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email.

5. Delivery

  • We ship with PostNL.
  • We apply the statutory delivery period of no more than 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
  • The item must be unworn and unwashed, with the label still on, in its original packaging.
  • The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered.

  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

7. Warranty and liability

  • You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement, under the statutory standards.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or improper care of our products.

8. Complaints

You can email complaints to info@vandamsco.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint through the European ODR platform.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
