Vandamsco started with a question that sounds simpler than it is: why do you wear what you wear?<\/p>

For most people that is not a conscious choice. It hangs there, it fits, it is clean. But there is a category of clothing where it does happen consciously. The shirt you wore that night. The jacket of someone who is no longer here. The piece you only bought once you could afford it. That clothing does something ordinary clothing does not: it keeps something.<\/p>

That is what Vandamsco is about. Not self-expression as a marketing word, but the plain fact that clothing holds on to the moments you wore it in.<\/p>

Amsterdam<\/strong>
Vandamsco comes from Amsterdam, and that is not a backdrop. It is a city where cultures, backgrounds and styles live side by side and rub off on each other. International, and at the same time small enough to stay personal. Different people, different stories, different styles \u2014 that idea was there before there was a garment.<\/p>

What we do not do<\/strong>
Most clothing brands end up selling an identity. Wear this, and you belong somewhere. We turn that around. You do not have to become someone else to look good. Your story is already the part that sets you apart.<\/p>

That is why it is called Your Story, Your Style. Not because it sounds good, but because it decides who has the lead role in this brand. That is you, not us.<\/p>

Chapters, not seasons<\/strong>

Chapter 001 is called Essentials. One oversized T-shirt, 254 to 260 grams of cotton, black and white. The simplest garment imaginable, because there is nothing to hide behind. If this one is good, the rest can be trusted.<\/p>

Two sides<\/strong>
Essentials is the base: premium clothing with restrained branding. Vandamsco Custom goes a step further \u2014 there you decide what goes on it. Your own words, your own design, your own brand. With one you only have to choose, with the other you can build something yourself.<\/p>
