Here is how that works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@vandamsco.com\">info@vandamsco.com<\/a> with your order number and whether you want to exchange it or get your money back.<\/li>\n<li>We will send you the return address and instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may use a withdrawal form, but it is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unworn and unwashed, with the label still on.<\/li>\n<li>In its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanging for another size<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want a different size, say so in your email.
