Payment details go straight to our payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Why we process it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To process, charge for and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service and handling returns. Legal basis: performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Our bookkeeping and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.<\/li>\n<li>The newsletter, only if you signed up for it. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe in every email.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only share data where it is needed to fulfil your order, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mollie, for handling payments<\/li>\n<li>PostNL, for delivering your parcel<\/li>\n<li>Omnisend, for sending the newsletter<\/li>\n<li>Our hosting provider, for running the website<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything other than what is stated above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Order and invoice data: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.<\/li>\n<li>Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service contact: 2 years after the last contact.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website runs over a secure connection.
