By placing an order you agree to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries through our shop. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All prices include VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping costs are &euro;6.99 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Over &euro;75 we ship free.<\/li>\n<li>We currently deliver only to the Netherlands and Belgium.<\/li>\n<li>We may change prices and product information. For an order already confirmed, the price at the time of ordering applies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ordering and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Payment runs through Mollie. You will see the available methods at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We ship with PostNL.<\/li>\n<li>We apply the statutory delivery period of no more than 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.<\/li>\n<li>The item must be unworn and unwashed, with the label still on, in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Return address: see our <a href=\"\/en\/retourbeleid-herroepingsrecht\/\">return policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Warranty and liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement, under the statutory standards.<\/li>\n<li>We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or improper care of our products.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can email complaints to <a href=\"mailto:info@vandamsco.com\">info@vandamsco.com<\/a>. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint through the European <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ODR platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Governing law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dutch law applies to these terms.
